BC' 27, Linguistics and History
Amelia Thomas is a sophomore from Chevy Chase, MD, studying history and linguistics at Barnard. She raced FJs and 420s with DC Sail in high school, where she now works as an instructor during the summers. She previously served as Columbia Sailing’s events coordinator, where she planned a really awesome Annual Fundraiser, and thinks you should go to the next Annual Fundraiser because she is also helping plan that one. Outside of sailing, Amelia is currently in the cast of XMAS!19 and has been put in charge of the Surgam magazine. She is very grateful to her lovely custboard and cannot wait to spend another year with them!
