Giulio Basilico

SEAS '27, Mechanical Engineering

Giulio is a junior in SEAS studying mechanical engineering. Originally from just around the corner in Brooklyn, he learned to sail on Long Island’s Great South Bay during the summers. He has experience with a variety of dinghies, daysailers, and cruising boats. He’s competed in a number of local and national regattas, and has also worked as a junior sailing instructor for the past five summers. When he’s not by the water you can find him spending time with friends and family, walking his dog Loki, working in the FSAE shop, and putting the amateur in amateur photographer.
