GS '26, Economics
Mark Festa (GS ’26) is from Boca Raton, Florida, and joined Columbia Sailing in the spring of 2024. He was appointed Alumni Chair later that year. Before coming to Columbia, Mark spent over three years working in the financial industry in New York City. Upon joining Columbia Sailing, he was excited to return to the water and refine the sailing skills he developed in Florida. As Alumni Chair, Mark looks forward to strengthening the connection between sailors and the alumni network. Outside of his time studying in Butler Library or sailing at Larchmont Yacht Club, Mark enjoys reading historical non-fiction and playing the guitar and the cello.
